When was Vine & Dine founded?

Vine & Dine was founded in 1997 by Rex Dwyer and Nicolle Toppe Lochner. With many years of experience in the high tech and financial industries, Mr. Dwyer combined his management expertise and love of wine with his dedication to local philanthropic organizations to enable this premier charitable event. He has been chairperson since 2001. Vine & Dine has been held annually from 1998, except 2006.

Who benefits from Vine & Dine?

Vine & Dine All proceeds from Vine & Dine go to Today’s Youth Matter, a charitable organization that helps keep at-risk youth off the streets. By developing life-long bonds with children and teens from Santa Clara, San Mateo, Contra Costa, Alameda, and Sacramento counties through an intensive summer camping and year-round follow-up program, Today’s Youth Matter offers foster care children a reason for hope and a future.
